In direct response to the political attacks on LGBTQ+ youth across the United States in spring 2022, I led the copywriting initiative for bold slogans to be used in a series of reactionary billboards in states’ where the anti-LGBTQ+ legislation was recently passed, including outside of former president Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate. We also flew sky banners over states where trans and gay youth were being explicitly censored and attacked, including Texas and Florida.
