LUSH: ERROR 404

 
 

In 2016, I worked on the ideation and copy for Lush’s Error 404 campaign to fight internal government shutdowns in the UK, launched in collaboration with the digital rights organization Access Now. We raised over $300,000 dollars to fight internet censorship and shutdown. We created a secret message concealed in Lush’s relaunch of the Error 404 bath bombs that would reveal itself in the bright blue water after the glittery gold fizzed out. I wrote the product copy, press releases, and digital campaign materials.
